هذه الصور تبين ماهي كمية السكر فى بعض العصائر والمشروبات ، وهذا الأمر هام جدا لتصحيح بعض المعلومات الخاطئة.

هى فعلا من أخطر مايكون فى نسبة السكر العالية ومن أضر مايكون على الصحة
