هذا البرنامج موجود بالويندوز سواء الإكس بي أو السفن وتستطيع إيجاده عن طريق كليك يمين على البارتيشن ثم خصائص ثم أدوات ثم ديفراجمنت.. ولكن هذا برنامج مستقل له وظائف أخرى غير تجميع الملفات وضم كل ملف لبرنامجه مما يساعد على تسريع تشغيل الكمبيوتر
برنامج Defraggler يتيح لك الغاء تجزئة الملفات علي الهارد ديسك و يساعد على تنظيم جهازك مما يترتب عليه زيادة في روعة أداء الويندز. برنامج Defraggler يستخدم لحل وصيانة مشاكل الهارد وإعادة تقسيمه. البرنامج يقوم أيضا بالغاء تجزئة الاقراص لتسريع الكمبيوتر و أيضا الغاء تجزئة الملفات و جعل فتح البرامج و الملفات سريع جداً. و تعريف الغاء التجزئه هو أن البرنامج يقوم بترتيب المعلومات في الكمبيوتر و البيانات المخفية تحديدا لتجعل اداء النظام و الويندز و البرامج أسرع من قبل.
